  Registration through Banks

Eligible persons who have a local Hong Kong dollar savings or current account in their sole name may register through banks and receive payment through the specified bank account.  Joint bank accounts will not be accepted for receiving payment under  “Scheme $6,000”.

Registrants confirmed to have met the eligibility criteria will normally receive payment directly through the specified bank account in around 10 weeks after registration.  Registrants who wish to make enquiry about their registrations after submission may call their banks specified for receiving payment.

Unsuccessful registrants will receive written notification.  Registrants who have not received the payment or the written notification 10 weeks after registration may call their banks specified for receiving payment.
